Shipping takes place within 3 working days after payment is received.  We ship most orders via Hong Kong Post.  Please allow 10 - 15 days for your item to reach your destination.  We combine shipping cost on multi-buys. 
Returned item is accepted only if it is not as described.  It must be returned in its original packaging.  All claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product.
